These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fg99 platform and all its services. By accessing the fg99 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. Registering on the platform or participating in any game is proof of your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and shall be considered a legally binding document for both parties. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) will apply in the event of any dispute.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may only have one active account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be operated on behalf of a third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

fg99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid document if required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. fg99 will not be liable if account details are shared with a third party.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

fg99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on fg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. Any bank fees applicable to banking transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is accepted.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device taking advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, fg99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.

5.1 General Game Rules

fg99 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which it is advisable to read before starting. If any round is left incomplete due to a technical error, fg99 will resolve it impartially.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

fg99 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or device malfunction. Contact our support team for a quick resolution of any technical issues.

The fg99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Various benefits increase as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder. fg99 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the VIP program.

fg99 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of addiction or financial problems. To that end, we provide the following features:

• If required documents for verification are not provided.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for a long period.

10.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by informing our support team. Before closing the account, all ongoing wagering must be completed and any available balance must be withdrawn.

fg99 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failure.
• Financial loss due to the user's own negligence or error.
• Problems arising from sharing account details with a third party.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss from gaming — each user is responsible for their own decisions.
